However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may send us a request for refund at support@a7hosting.com, mentioning the reason for refund. We will try to resolve your issue. In general, there is no money back guarantee from us. In some cases, we would be able to refund the amount you paid against the “hosting” service, but “domain” purchase cannot be refunded.
